Mama Minds
Mama Minds is a company by mums for mums. Our mission is to teach women how to invest realistically and proactively towards positive mental health.
Our Courses
CBT driven courses to improve mental health and wellbeing. The courses tackle common mental health challenges faced by mothers and teach CBT tools to help ourselves.
Therapy
Remote or face to face 1:2:1 therapy. Therapy provides a confidential and dedicated time to connect with your individual needs and help manage your stress and anxiety levels.

We are committed to a future where all mums, at whatever stage of the journey they are at, have access to and understanding of useful strategies that are applicable and effective in supporting positive Psychological well-being.
Why mums?
Pregnancy and parenthood is a relentless journey, full of moments of joy and sometimes, intense struggles.
We understand the toll it can take on all aspects of a woman’s well-being when juggling the demands of motherhood, along with the common pitfalls that we can find ourselves falling into along the way (hello mum guilt!).
We want to help mums navigate this journey, teaching evidence-based therapeutic strategies and tools that work. We believe that the best thing we can do for our children is to take care of ourselves. Sometimes, we need some help and guidance to do this, and that’s where we come in.


Therapy for mums
Therapy is a sign of strength, not weakness. It takes courage to acknowledge when you need support and to actively seek it out. Therapy offers a safe place and confidential space to hare burdens and process your feelings, without judgement.
